Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Returns that are not due to product quality issues are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products
• Consumable accessories (e.g., fleece rolls) that have been opened
• Items marked as final sale or clearance

• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned opened items will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original and place a new order.
