Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Nature Dimensions. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a limited return window under the terms below.

U.S. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns that are not due to product quality issues are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, including Canada, we do not accept returns for non-quality-related reasons. If your product has a quality issue, please contact support@naturedimensions.com. We will provide an appropriate solution at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products
  • Consumable accessories (e.g., fleece rolls) that have been opened
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at support@naturedimensions.com or use our Contact Form with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Return Shipping

Once we approve an eligible return that is not due to a product quality issue for a U.S. order placed on naturedimensions.com, we will email you a free prepaid return label to download and print. Please use the return instructions provided with the label.

For returns that are not due to product quality issues, the 20% restocking fee still applies, and original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request an eligible return of your original item and place a new order.
