- 5% member discount: Active Nature Rewards members receive 5% off eligible products automatically at checkout.
- 10% referred first order: A referred customer must sign in or create an account and join Nature Rewards to receive 10% off their first eligible order. The 10% replaces the 5% member discount, so the two never combine into 15%.
- Eligible merchandise: Sale-priced, Compare-at, and bundle products are eligible. Gift cards, taxes, and shipping are excluded.
- No discount stacking: Nature Rewards does not combine with other product or order discounts. If more than one discount is available, the best eligible discount applies. An eligible shipping discount may still combine.
