Email subscribers earn 5% Nature Cashback on eligible purchases. Your cashback is added to your Shopify Store Credit balance, which is shown directly at checkout.
How it works

Subscribe to email updates
Join below or select the email-updates checkbox at checkout. Your subscription must be active when your credit is issued.

Make an eligible purchase
Eligible one-time purchases and Auto-Refill orders earn 5% cashback. A $100 eligible merchandise purchase earns $5 in Nature Cashback.

Receive your cashback after fulfillment
Once your order is fulfilled, your Nature Cashback is held for 7 days and then added to your Shopify Store Credit balance.

Use your balance at checkout
Sign in and select Apply store credit in Checkout. No code or points conversion is required.
Program details
- Cashback is 5% of the eligible online purchase amount. Taxes and shipping do not earn cashback. Orders that use Shopify Store Credit do not earn additional Nature Cashback.
- Returns, cancellations, and order changes: Nature Cashback earned on refunded, cancelled, or adjusted items will be reversed. If you have already used that cashback, we may deduct the outstanding amount from your available Shopify Store Credit balance. If a balance remains after that deduction, we reserve the right to require payment of the remaining shortfall.
- Shopify Store Credit can be used at checkout on one-time purchases and during the first checkout for a subscription. Shopify cannot automatically apply Store Credit to future Auto-Refill renewals.
- Your available balance is managed by Shopify and appears in the payment section of Checkout when you are signed in.
